Operating Regulations

All visitors of the WaterMaze park (kids & their parents) have to read, fully understand & accept the WaterMaze safety rules (V120616) by signing the solemn declaration & purchasing the admission wristband.
  • The use of the WaterMaze park is at your own risk or at your parent/responsible person's risk.
  • All visitors must purchase an admission wristband.
  • All visitors must obey to lifeguard's instructions.
  • Please be helpful to the lifeguard in duty with your kind behavior & by following his/her instructions.
  • Inappropriate behavior on the WaterMaze park ground leading to injuries or putting into danger visitors' safety (Excessive horseplay, speed, head first diving &/or rough play affecting the enjoyment of other visitors is not permitted) and the result will be the ejection from the WaterMaze park without a refund.
  • For your own & other visitors' safety, please clear the area in front of slides or other features promptly.
  • In case of injury contact directly the supervisor of the WaterMaze park.
  • Foul language & rude conduct is prohibited.
  • Food &/or alcohol consumption & chewing gum are not permitted on the WaterMaze park ground.
  • Entry beyond operating hours of the WaterMaze park is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the WaterMaze park ground.
  • Before entering in the WaterMaze park make sure that you have removed all jewelleries(bracelets, watches, rings, earrings, etc).
  • Pets are not permitted into the WaterMaze park ground.
  • Entry to the WaterMaze park ground by people under the influence of alcohol &/or other substances is not allowed.
  • The WaterMaze company does not bear any responsibility for personal belongings in case of lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • The entrance to the WaterMaze park is not allowed to persons under 12 years and persons who cannot swim. For younger aged persons the use is allowed only after written parental consent to declare that they can swim.

In full recognition of the risk involved with the use of the WaterMaze park, visitors will participate at their own risk by means of purchasing the ticket & accepting these rules & regulations. The company does not bear any responsibility regarding the physical condition of visitors, injuries caused to themselves or to other visitors or their personal belongings. The company reserves the right to refuse the entry or eject the visitors for failure to comply to rules & regulations of the WaterMaze park.
